We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy for eligible items.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@menpromsuit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
