Return & Exchange Request Timeframe
If you are not satisfied with your men’s suit, please contact us help@menpromsuit.com to submit a return request within 10 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Contact Us Before Returning & Exchanging
All returns must be authorized by us in advance. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.
Once we receive your message, our team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, or staff vacations).
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the suit must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- In brand-new condition, free from odors or stains
- Original tags and labels must be attached and intact
- Original packaging should be kept as complete as possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.
Required Information for Return & Exchange
When requesting a return, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item (overall view, details, and tags)
- A brief explanation of the return reason
We will review the information and confirm whether the return is approved.
Return & Exchange Address Instructions
The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Please do not return items to the shipping address or any address listed on the website without confirmation, as this may result in lost packages or delayed refunds.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Orders reported after 10 days from delivery
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or washing
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Returns sent without our authorization
- Customized or final-sale items (if applicable)
Shipping Cost Responsibility
We take full responsibility under the following circumstances:
- Shipping delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect shipping labels or addresses due to our error
- Packages that are lost or seriously damaged due to insufficient packaging or improper handling before shipment
Resolution:
In such cases, we will, at our discretion:
- Reship the order at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund for the item(s)
The buyer is responsible for the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout (including missing apartment number, postal code, or street name)
- Packages returned or delayed due to recipient unavailability
- Refused deliveries or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s required timeframe
- Delays caused by customs clearance, local taxes, or regional restrictions
Resolution:
- Buyers may request reshipment, but additional shipping fees will apply
- If a refund is requested, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
- For free shipping orders, a shipping fee of USD $10–$20 will be deducted depending on the destination
All customized items or modified orders are non-refundable once production has started
- Exchanges are offered only if there is an issue with the order
- If the issue is caused by us (including incorrect size, color, or customization details), we will:
- Take full responsibility
- Cover all related costs
- Arrange a free exchange or remake
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any other reasons
